Few have rarely seen this Majestic guardian, those who have tell of a rare weather event arriving in its wake, where the clouds changes colors during a thunder storm. Rare Seekers calls this weather event an Electrical Rainbow Storm.

He only speaks to those who deem worthy of his time, but those who have spoken to this guardian, describe him as a Noble and Gentle warrior that likes to enjoy the Calming scenery of mountains from the clouds.
